The best way to enter the town is crossing the magnificent and iconic mediaeval bridge over the fast-flowing waters of the River Fluvia. We will the make a stop at the Church of El Far where you can enjoy amazing views and some lunch. The next stop is the mountain village of Rupit, where magnificent stone houses blend harmoniously into the living rock. Rupit’s stone streets and houses dating from the 16th and 17th centuries are remarkably well-kept. A fantastic tour of Catalonia’s mediaeval heartland in an incomparable natural setting of lush green fields gentle hills and well-kept mediaeval towns and villages.
