The tourist complex called Termas de San Joaquin is nestled in the heart of the desert of Coahuila, in the municipality of Ramos Arizpe. Thermal water arises from the land giving a complete and holistic spa. Minerals (mainly sulfur, potassium and various salts) are good for the skin, unspecified aches and pains.This is well known all around the world. Termas de San Joaquin is a luxury hotel way out in the country and provides a unique experience in the thermal pool area in more ways than one. The pool is built underground and the ceiling is an old brick arch with marble columns supporting it, in a Roman bathhouse motif. The water sends of seam and everything is seen thorough a mist. Before we get there we will visit Icamole town. A small community where Porfirio Diaz battle was liberated. After taking the relaxing bath on thermal waters, we will walkthrough Garcia´s town, El Ojo Museum that offers a collection of popular art from the Mexican states of Oaxaca, Jalisco, Puebla, and Michoacán, and a traditional bakery where they make their bread in a wood-fired oven.
