Get on bike and start to explore the village, observing age-old customs and architecture as it is known one of the only Vietnamese ancient villages left. You will visit what the locals call a “fresh morning market”. The market is so called because of the abundance of fresh produce, vegetables, fruits, flowers, and anything that moves! You will be invited into the ancient house to observe how Vietnamese people go about their daily lives. Sit down and relax in the shade of local home to experience the wonderful array of teas or kinds of herbs and Vietnamese thick coffee and a taste of their exotic flavors while watching the demonstration of Vietnamese art of cooking, simply delicious! After lunch drive back Hanoi with a drop to visit The Ethnology Museum, a newly opened museum exhibiting history and culture of ethnic minorities living in Vietnam; detailed explanations are given in Vietnamese, English, and French.
